Return Policy: Any applicable registration fees are considered to be the cost of participation and are not for any complimentary participation items such as event or volunteer apparel (e.g.-shirts, hats, sweatbands); these items are considered non-refundable.

Refund Policy:  Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy:  If the event is canceled due to circumstances such as extreme and potentially dangerous weather or course conditions, or as the result of government action, FC4, Inc. will not refund registration fees.  The cancellation of the event will be at the discretion of the Race Directors.

Shipping Policy: Registration confirmation and race information is sent by email. Bibs and participation items (e.g. T-shirts) are not shipped, but must be picked up during the event.

Privacy Policy:  We collect personally identifiable information for event registration.  This information is used to fulfill your registration request and for notification of event details.  All emails and newsletters from FC4 allow you to opt out of further mailings.
